I do. I hate them so much that I cancelled my cable service 2 years ago and only subscribe to internet services now. Why pay for cable TV when you can watch TV online for free, and without commercials?

This has been a long-time issue, and someone from Reddit recently brought it up and it’s good enough to share here. Have you ever tried to cancel a print job in Windows, just to have it sit there forever and partially print anyway? What a pain! The best way to immediately cancel a print job without waiting is to stop/restart the spooler service. You can do this several ways:

Not only that, but you can use a hosts file to prevent your software from “phoning home” as well. I personally use a combination of Firefox, AdBlock Plus, a custom hosts file, a firewall, and PeerBlock to lock down my PC. Between all these, I feel pretty secure

This little trick is not only useful, but it can also save you money. Pandora.com lets you listen to music and it will play the songs you like, learning from your likes and dislikes. I find it pretty ingenious, but the constant registration pop-ups are both annoying and frustrating.
